Here are some questions you might have about submitting suggestions and requests for enhancement.
Login with your Rapid7 Insight account, go to the Customer Portal and open a support case with your request. We'll take it from there.
You will receive a confirmation case number for your request so that you can track its current disposition.
Reach out to your Customer Success Manager for updates on ideas that you've submitted.
The Ideas Portal ceased operations in January 2019.
We’ve invested in the Ideas Portal as a way to engage with customers, allow them to share their suggestions and see the suggestions of peers within the Rapid7 ecosystem. Over time, we saw more than 2,000 Ideas submitted, with approximately 10% of submitted Ideas incorporated into Rapid7 solutions. In keeping with the Rapid7 core value of never done, we have decided to embark on the next leg of our journey.
As we consider our options to better serve customers, you may submit suggestions and ideas directly to us. Simply open a support case with your request, and we’ll take it from there.
